Belinda Waldock

Belinda Waldock is an Agile Business Coach, author of Being Agile in Business, and a Computer Science graduate. Belinda works with businesses, leaders and teams to grow and develop through agile working. Her book was shortlisted as the CMI management book of the year and has been published internationally including its translation into Chinese.

Belinda works with private and public sector teams and businesses supporting growth and improvement specializing in whole business agility from a teams and business perspective. Her ‘Being Agile’ approach has been adopted by a broad range of high growth businesses across many business sectors from tech to fashion, and manufacturing to marketing, to adopt and adapt agile practices to leverage their growth aspirations.

Belinda’s background includes the consistent development, delivery and management of a number of highly successful European funded projects, exceeding targets and establishing a strong legacy of self sustaining growth post funding.
Belinda is part of the organizing committee for the award winning conference www.AgileontheBeach.co.uk , She is a regular speaker at events sharing her experiences of adopting agile within and beyond the tech sector.

Belinda is a co-founder and director of www.SoftwareCornwall.org , the second fastest growing digital cluster in the UK (TechNation2015), which represents a community of businesses, education and support organisations dedicated to connecting, promoting and supporting the growing tech community in Cornwall.

Belinda applies agile to all aspects of her work, and is always looking for the next opportunity to explore and adapt it in new areas. She is currently working on modelling her learning and experiences of applying agile concepts in Marketing and testing and developing the application of agile in non-tech business Start-ups.

She is also supporting the application of agile more broadly in funded organisational models particularly in the Arts, Heritage and Culture sectors.
